Our Story
The Offices of Michael S. Cooke, CHB., was founded in 2004 on the principle of providing flexible and exceptional customs brokerage services to businesses of all sizes. Our founder saw the need for a more personalized approach to customs clearance and set out to create a company that would meet that need. Simply put, our company can do what others can't or won't.
Our Team
Our team is made up of experienced U.S. Customs Brokers, Niche import/export specialists, international logistics and NVOCC agents, and an exclusive cutting edge U.S. government, computer software interface system assigned specifically to us. We are a CBP U.S. National Permit Holder and U.S. Remote Location Certified Broker handling millions of USD in tariffs and authorized to file Customs Business activities in all 50 U.S. states including Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico.
We have been working with U.S. CBP since 2004, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, as well as multiple U.S. government agency contacts in specific departments that interface in U.S. imports and export control. We pride ourselves on our knowledge and expertise in this industry, and our ability to provide customized solutions to our clients.
